Privacy policy

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website using Cloudflare Workers with static assets. The website consists of static files, with no application server or database. Cloudflare processes the following data for each request:

• IP address.
• Date and time of the request.
• Requested URL.
• Browser user agent.
• Referrer URL, if sent by your browser.
• Country derived from your IP address.

These data support website delivery, protection against attacks and abuse—including DDoS protection and security checks—and country-based language routing. Delivery and security rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: the legitimate interest in providing and protecting the website. Cloudflare processes request data under its own terms; see its privacy policy.

The site’s own scripts set no cookies and use no browser web storage. No analytics, tracking or advertising tools are used. Pages load no third-party resources or embedded content. Cloudflare may set the following strictly necessary security cookies when the relevant protection is active:

Contact is by email; there is no contact form. Correspondence is handled through Google LLC (Gmail), whose processing is described in Google’s privacy policy. Email information is used to handle your request and any follow-up.

Answering emails relies on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where necessary for a contract or steps requested before a contract, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for the legitimate interest in answering other correspondence.

The controller is established in UA, outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Hosting and email services may also involve processing outside the EEA.

• Cloudflare relies on its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; its Data Processing Addendum incorporates the Standard Contractual Clauses where a transfer requires them. See Cloudflare’s GDPR information.
• Google LLC has certified adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, including the Swiss-U.S. DPF and UK Extension. See Google’s data transfer frameworks.

The website itself stores no personal data. Its Worker does not write request logs, and Workers Logs are not enabled. Cloudflare’s processing as hosting provider remains subject to its own terms. Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up; SmgTev has not set a fixed deletion period.

Where the GDPR applies, and subject to its conditions, Articles 15–21 provide rights to:

• Access your personal data and information about its processing.
• Have inaccurate data corrected.
• Request erasure or restriction of processing.
• Receive data in a portable format where applicable.
• Object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on legitimate interests.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Send rights requests to tevezmc32@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
